At Vilnius Montessori Pre-Schools each of us calls herself a Montessorian. Our Montessorians welcome children by building individual relationships with each individual child based on love and trust. Throughout this process we carry the awareness that each child will take a part of this relationship and incorporate it into his or her personality. This makes us, the prepared adults, the most important part of the child’s environment.
Dr. Maria Montessori believed that children have a unique ability to absorb their environment. Therefore we at Vilnius Montessori pre-School offer the children a carefully prepared environment, which will nurture their development and inspire to make choices. “Children become like the things they love.
