In 2017 I graduated Vytautas Magnus university and got a bachelor`s degree in psychology, which let me see the man in a new light. From most of the psychology theories I`ve learned the importance of childhood in man`s life.
While studying I also volunteered in a summer camp for autistic children and got some unique experience, which showed me that every individual can be different and enjoy world in different ways, furthermore, I was volunteering in “Jaunimo linija” where I got some experience in dealing with problems that children have and I`ve learned, that every problem that a child has is nothing less than an adult problem.
All in all, my earlier experiences showed me that childhood is very important stage of our life, that every child is unique and difference and I should appreciate that difference by accepting it and not trying to change it. As I see, Maria Montessori looking in children saw something quite similar to what I see, that`s why I believe, that working in this school will be a great adventure in my life.
